Claude product upload
Connect Claude to your store so it can add and update many products at once from a spreadsheet. Nothing to install: you add one link to Claude. New products arrive as drafts for you to review before shoppers see them.
1. Create a connection link
Make one for each person or computer that will use it, so you can turn one off without affecting the others.

Lost a link? It cannot be shown again. Turn it off and create a new one.
2. Add the link to Claude
- In Claude (claude.ai or the Claude app) open Settings Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Peak Point products and paste the link you copied.
- Save. In a new chat, switch the connector on from the + menu.
Then attach your spreadsheet and ask, for example: “Check this product list, then upload everything as drafts.” Claude will tell you what is missing before it saves anything.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector for the organisation first.
What Claude can do
- Look up the catalogueSees your categories, tags and the rules a product must meet before it can go live.
- Find productsSearches existing products by name, brand or SKU, so nothing gets added twice.
- Check a listReads a spreadsheet of products and tells you what is missing. Saves nothing.
- Upload or updateAdds new products as drafts, or updates ones with the same SKU. Downloads photos from links.
- Publish or hideMakes products visible to shoppers, only if they are complete. Claude asks you first.
- Add tagsAdds new tags to your tag list.
It cannot delete products, change categories, or touch orders, blog posts or messages.
